Traditional Spey Casting For the Beginner

This is a course designed to establish the techniques required for the spey casts which we use most for Steelheading and Salmon fishing. Novice and experienced Spey fisherman can benefit from expert instruction. Whether your new to the sport or you have been waving your two-hander around for years there is always more to learn.

Through the duration of the day students will be taught the basic principals between the different casts. Emphasis on the fundamentals of the roll cast and structuring the single spey and the double spey.

Advanced Spey, Underhand, and "Skagit" Casting
 

A brand new course for this year designed for double-handed casters who already have some experience with spey casting and are interested in learning some different techniques.

Through the duration of the day students will be taught the basic principals of underhand and skagit casting.  Emphasis will be on casts such as the "Snap T", Perry poke and double spey. This is a great course for those of you who have become comfortable with traditional spey casting and want to try something new and more specialized .
